Rehoboth Beach Family Session

Ever since I started learning photography, I’ve always had this one vision in mind: a photoshoot on the beach, with waves gently crashing in the background, all framed by a breathtaking sunset.

This summer has been one of the busiest seasons I’ve ever had between my internship and other commitments (but I’m incredibly grateful for all of the opportunities I’ve been given!). But amidst this season of hustle, I was thrilled to take a quick break for a weekend to head to Rehoboth Beach in Delaware for a vacation AND a sunset beach photoshoot.

The weather on the last day of the trip wasn’t quite what I had hoped for. The sun decided to hide behind a blanket of clouds, and the golden hour light that I had envisioned was nowhere to be found. Even without the sun, the beach was still stunning! The soft, diffused light from the clouds still created even lighting, and the gentle waves added the perfect touch to the scene. It was different from what I had imagined, but I am still very happy with the result! Plus, the white outfits make the photos feel so elegant!
