GRADS

There are some sessions that just feel extra special- and this one was absolutely one of them. I’m so excited to be sharing a peek into this beautiful grad session with Carsyn and Riley!

I first met Riley around two years ago while photographing photos for her student organization. From the moment we met, I remember her kindness and warm energy, so I was thrilled that she returned for her grad photos!

And Carsyn- where do I even begin? We first met during my very first year of pharmacy school, back when everything was still virtual. Even through a screen, her poise, professionalism, and warmth were impossible to miss, and I remember instantly looking up to her. Since then, our paths have crossed time and time again through student organizations, and she’s supported my photography journey from the very beginning- even participating in my very first headshot fundraiser back in 2023. She was the very first person to reach out about grad photos this season (all the way back in February!), and I couldn’t have been more excited. Despite all she’s accomplished, she continues to lead with such grace, humility, and kindness.

We started the evening at EMSOP, then headed over to College Avenue for golden hour portraits. And to make the session even more special, our friend Alex joined us!

Carsyn and Riley- thank you for trusting me with these moments. You both are the sweetest, and I’m cheering you on as you begin this next chapter.

And Alex- I already can’t wait for your grad session next spring. The countdown is officially on! 🎓✨

A favorite!

There was a line for the College Avenue gate, so we found some good lighting next to the side of the road and took some photos while stalling for time. These ended up being some of my favorites from the session!
